The Woodlands Resort offers a wide variety of activities for everyone this July 4th.
Muffie the Clown will make various appearances throughout the weekend. Muffie has been performing in Houston for thirteen years. Her fresh approach to clowning and topical humor makes her a favorite with older kids. Her patience and relaxed approach make her a big hit with the younger kids. She keeps the art of clowning growing, and Houstonites everywhere laughing!
Magical Balloons will provide award winning balloon art by a premier balloon artist. Michael Crayton is an award winning balloon artist and balloon decorator. His Incredible balloon sculptures and balloon décor designs appeal to children and adults alike. He is scheduled for various hours throughout the weekend.
Many poolside and in-pool activities are available; to include Dive Sticks, Pass the Sponge, Water Balloon Toss and Relay, and Musical Towels. Our underwater marine mural is the focus of our "Treasure Hunt." Kids search for underwater treasures to claim a prize. Various other pool activities include water basketball or volleyball, ping pong, giant chess and giant checkers.
Live musical entertainment will fill the air.
The kids can wind down their daily activities with Build Your Own S’mores followed by the Dive-In Movie at dusk Friday and Saturday and Sunday
In addition, The Woodlands community has a variety of fun family activities, including the 2nd largest Houston area Fireworks display at Red, Hot and Blue. Don't miss the parade on Saturday, July 3rd as well as The Great Red, White and Blue Duck Race and the Star Spangled Salute.
