Business Centers
Our two hotel business centers provide services such as copying, faxing, light typing, printing, producing transparencies, and shipping and receiving throughout the greater Houston area. Both are conveniently located near your meeting rooms. The media center is also equipped with computers for client use.
Media Center
Our self service media center offers guests credit card access to computers, color as well as black and white printers, copies, scanning, faxes and the ability to print out boarding passes from major airlines serving Houston. The media center is conveniently located near the front desk. Three complimentary stations are available for use with your personal laptop. Hours are 7 days a week from 6 AM to 9 PM, with after hours access available by use of your guest room key.
Conference Rooms
Our hotel meeting space is extremely attractive and flexible. In all, we offer more than 60,000 square feet of meeting space. You can choose from 32 meeting rooms - many with views of lakes and woods - in a wide range of configurations. For extra comfort and convenience, we offer "18-hour" swivel-and-tilt executive conference chairs, hard surface tables with privacy skirts, tackable wall services and meeting planner supply kits.
Audio Visual
The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center provides state-of-the-art equipment and electronic presentation capabilities. No matter how complex your meeting, The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center has the tools and the highly experienced staff to maximize its effectiveness. All hotel audio visual staff is located on property so your needs will be met efficiently.
Conference Planning Manager (CPM)
After receipt of your signed contract, a dedicated professional Conference Planning Manager will be assigned to assist you in planning all the details of your program from the smallest detail to the grandest idea. All aspects of your meeting will be handled by your CPM, enabling you to plan a successful event.
Passkey
We want to be more than your Houston meeting location provider, we aim to be your partner in success by offering software that ensures the planning of your meeting will be efficient and results-oriented. Passkey is the technology for group reservations, and serves as the industry standard for web enabled management of group reservations. The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center offers you an attractive and time saving tool that delivers secure access to your event's inventory and to crucial real-time information, so your involvement is conveniently and effectively facilitated and less stressful. Our new group housing technology helps you save operational costs and improves the services available to your attendees.

Wired and wireless hookups are available for individual use throughout the property.
Transportation
The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center offers transportation service throughout the Houston, Texas area, from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, on a scheduled basis from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, at a cost of $32.00 per person, each way. Reservations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance for both arrivals and departures. A transportation request form will be sent to you by your CPM following receipt of your agreement.
