Complete Meeting Package

  • Deluxe guest room accommodations. Each room has a study area, two phones with data ports, personal voice mail, complimentary coffee and coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and full-size ironing board. Standard to our Houston area resort are triple sheeting and Bath and Body Works bath products.
  • Concierge lodging available for an additional charge per night in Fairway Pines.
  • Three buffet meals per day in The Woodlands Dining Room, starting with dinner on the night of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure. Surcharges will apply to private meals.
  • General Session Conference Room on a 24-hour hold set to your specifications. Charges would apply to special AV sets, staging, lights and early set-up requests.
  • One Breakout Conference Room is included with 40 occupied guestrooms per night. Based upon availability, additional breakout rooms may be contracted for an additional charge per room per day.
  • Conference rooms are set to your specifications using ergonomically designed conference chairs, a black desk blotter place mat, 8.5 x 11 tablet, pencil, bottled water and hard candy at each place setting. A "Conference Supply box" is also in each meeting room, which includes supplies such as, scissors, stapler, tacks, tape and a variety of other items.
  • Standard audio/visual equipment, to include one each based upon 40 rooms occupied, as requested. VCR, monitor, 35MM slide projector, overhead projector, flipchart with markers, white board with markers, and podium with wired microphone. One XGA data projector, to be provided with a minimum of 25 guestrooms per night. Additional AV will be coordinated with your Conference Planning Manager and charged accordingly.
  • Continuous coffee breaks during the meeting day. Kiosks feature coffees, (flavored syrups for coffee), teas, bottled water, juices, assorted soft drinks and whole fruits all day. In the morning, a variety of breakfast foods are offered such as yogurt, cereals, fresh baked pastries, bagels, muffins and sliced fruits. In the afternoon, a wide assortment of candy, snacks, cookies, cheese cubes, crackers and individual bags of assorted chips. A special featured item each day may include tortilla chips with nacho cheese, a variety of flavored popcorn or hot pretzels.
  • A Conference Planning Manager to assist in all aspects of servicing your event prior to your arrival and throughout your entire stay.
  • Use of on-site executive fitness center, swimming pools and running paths to meet all your attendees exercise needs.

Day Meeting Package:

  • Conference rooms are set to your specifications and stocked with conference supplies. Conference supplies include scissors, stapler, tacks, tape and a variety of other items are waiting for you in your "Conference Box" in each meeting room. Each participant will have a black desk blotter, 8.5 x 11 tablet, pen, bottled water and hard candy at his or her place setting.
  • Your general session room is reserved on a 24-hour basis.
  • Breakouts are available at an additional cost each, per day, based on availability.

  • Women's and Men's Spa facilities, tennis, golf, and bicycles are available on-site. Applicable charges apply for these services.
