Can we request early check in/late check out?
Early check in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at any time, but if rooms are available early we would be happy to get you checked in upon your arrival. Late check out is based on availability at a rate of $50 per hour after 11:00 AM.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.
What is your cancellation and date modification policy?
We hate to see you cancel your plans with us, but if you have to, you should do so 72 hours before your arrival day. Any date modifications to your stay also need to happen 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid first night room and tax penalty charge. We do not allow changes within a 72-hour timeframe.
Is smoking permitted at the Resort?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms. A violation of smoking in the guest rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas around property as well on the patio of The Bistro and the patio at Robard’s.
Are dogs allowed at the Resort?
Yes, The Woodlands Resort is a dog friendly hotel. Please read our Pet Policy for more information.
What is the minimum age requirement to book or check in to a room?
You must be 21 years or older to book a room.
Do you offer baby cribs?
Pack ‘n Plays are available at no cost, based on availability.
Do you offer extra bed cots?
Rollaway beds available for $35, based on availability for king rooms and suites only.
What does the Resort Fee include?
A resort fee of $35 plus tax will be added to your daily room rate. The resort fee includes:

The resort is just 27 miles northwest of downtown Houston, a convenient 30-minute drive.
What are the closest major airports to the resort?
The closest major airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport, 18 miles from the resort, approximately a 25-minute drive.
Do you offer transportation to/from the airport?
We can arrange transportation to and from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Do you have transportation to/from the local area?
A complimentary shuttle is available to and from The Woodlands Mall and Market Street. In addition, we offer shuttle service to and from The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for a fee of $20 per person, round trip, for designated concerts and events.
Do you have parking onsite? How much is it?
We have extensive outdoor parking onsite and all self-parking is complimentary. We also offer valet service, $15 per day and $25 for overnight.
