Policies

    • What time is check-in at The Woodlands Resort? 4:00 pm.
    • Check-in will take place in the Living Room of the resort (near pool complex) and keys/registration forms will be prepared in advanced and presented to guests on arrival.
    • To limit entry of occupied guestrooms, housekeeping cleaning service will be provided for 4+ night stays. Stays under 4 nights will receive daily towel and trash service, and amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc,) will be available at the Front Desk. Upon request, guests can receive cleaning service for stays under 4 nights.
    • Access to Forest Oasis Waterpark & Lazy River is available to guests lodging at The Woodlands Resort. At check-in, wristbands will be provided for the number of occupants registered to a room.
    • What time is check-out? 11:00 am. Checking out after 11:00 am will result in additional fees
    • Cancellation / Date Modification Policy: For stays from May 20 – June 30, 2020, reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid first night room and tax penalty charge. For stays over Memorial Day weekend, May 22-24, 2020 or for stays beginning July 1, 2020, reservations must be cancelled or modified 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid first night room and tax penalty charge
    • Early Departure: $100 fee applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out date
    • Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and the Forest Oasis: Lazy River & Waterpark are designated non-smoking areas. Guests may smoke outside on their own private balconies and patios. A violation of smoking in the guest rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas around property as well on the patio of The Bistro and the patio at Robard’s
    • Internet Access: Complimentary internet access is available to all guests in their guest rooms
    • Is The Woodlands Resort Pet Friendly? Yes, we are happy to welcome your 4-legged friends to The Woodlands Resort. Please review our dog friendly pet policy.
    • Guests must be 21 years of age to register
    • Rollaway beds available for $35 nightly, based on availability for king rooms and suites only
    • Pack ‘n Plays are available at no cost, based on availability
    • Extra Adult Fee: Additional $25 per adult daily fee applies to rooms with more than two adults. The fee includes additional linens, towels, in-room amenities, and access to waterpark and lazy river. The fee will be reflected in the room rate after selecting the total number of adults per room. Max capacity per room is capped at three adults for King rooms and Suites, and four adults for Queen rooms.

Resort Fee & Amenities

As The Woodlands Resort mindfully reopens in phases, we have adjusted the Resort Fee to $20 daily from now until June 30, 2020 and $35 daily for stays after that timeframe. Guests can still expect the following amenities:

  • Access to the Forest Oasis: Lazy River & Waterpark
  • Access to golf practice facilities
  • Golf bag storage
  • Access to jogging trails
  • Access to bike rentals (added fee)
  • Access to the fitness center (7am-9pm), Maximum occupancy of 4 guests
  • Intra-resort transportation
  • Guestroom internet access
  • Two bottled waters replenished daily
  • Self-parking
  • Local and long-distance calls

For the time being, amenities that will be temporarily unavailable include: transportation to/from The Woodlands Mall and Market Street, set daily activities for kids and adults, access to Cool Water 2.0 game room, and paddleboards, kayaks, and peddleboats.
